About the role

First things first: you want to know what you're actually applying for. It's impossible to capture every nuance of a role - especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews - but if we had to distill it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:

We're looking for a Senior Manager of Content Marketing to lead and elevate how Mews communicates its value across every stage of the buying journey. From thought leadership to campaign copy, customer stories to AI-informed SEO, you'll help shape a compelling and consistent narrative that positions Mews as the clear choice in hospitality tech.

You'll report to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing and lead a talented team of writers, freelancers, and creators. Working cross-functionally with campaign, product, field, and partner marketing, you'll build frameworks for global and regional content while championing experimentation, performance, and innovation, especially when it comes to AI and emerging content formats.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of content across all stages of the buyer journey
Guide a team of in-house and freelance creators to produce high-performing content across formats
Develop frameworks for scalable content that balance consistency with regional/local relevance
Collaborate across marketing to ensure content supports all campaigns and GTM motions
Champion use of AI tools to improve creation, distribution, and discoverability (especially in LLMs)
Maintain editorial oversight and evolve the Mews tone of voice across multiple audiences
Report on performance and continuously optimise strategy based on data and insights
Inspire creativity and innovation within the team, driving bold, customer-first content decisions

You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you

Extensive experience in B2B or SaaS content marketing, with several years managing content teams
Proven success connecting content strategy to business impact and campaign performance
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a gift for simplifying complex topics
Experience leading global content operations and collaborating cross-functionally
A curious, forward-thinking mindset with passion for storytelling and experimentation
Familiarity with emerging tools and platforms (e.g., LLMs, AI content generation, video)
Kind, constructive leadership style, you give feedback well and lead with positivity
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
