Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead data-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data management and a proven ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Analyst on data-focused projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata frameworks.
• Conduct data mapping and lineage documentation.
• Perform data quality assessments and remediation.
• Work with HR and other sensitive datasets, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Structure and facilitate workshops to drive effective outcomes.
• Produce high-quality documentation and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on data-focused initiatives.
• Strong experience in data management, including data dictionaries, metadata frameworks, data mapping, lineage documentation, and data quality assessment.
• experience with HR or other sensitive datasets.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
• Ability to structure and facilitate workshops and drive successful outcomes.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• experience within large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
• experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven data initiatives.
• Understanding of HR systems and data models such as Workday or SAP HR.
