Business Readiness Lead - Contract - Hybrid

We're seeking an experienced Business Readiness Lead to support a high-profile, complex government programme delivering critical new capabilities across multiple operational areas. This role will lead all aspects of business readiness to ensure services are safe, usable and fully adoptable at go-live.

Essential Experience:

• Significant experience delivering business readiness within complex UK government programmes.
• Proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams and third-party suppliers.
• Strong track record of delivering at pace across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience leading UAT/BAT, go-live, cutover and transition to BAU.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders using clear, data-driven insight.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset.
