Commercial Officer - Public Sector (SC Cleared)

Location: London, Manchester, or Liverpool (3 days onsite)
Rate: Up to £550/day (Umbrella)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Officer to support a high-profile public sector programme delivering key procurement and contract management activities across enterprise services.

This role will focus on supporting re-procurement activity and providing commercial support across existing live contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end procurement activities, including ITT documentation and contract award

• Lead market engagement and supplier interactions via frameworks (eg CCS)

• Provide commercial advice and support across BAU contracts

• Support contract management, governance, and supplier performance

• Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of commercial outcomes

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in public sector procurement

• Strong contract management background

• Experience with frameworks (eg CCS) and tender processes

• Ability to manage multiple procurements simultaneously

• Active SC Clearance (essential)
