Job title - Salesforce Administrator (must have experience with Service Cloud and NPSP (Nonprofit support)

Mostly Remote, London (1 day per month)
TBC per day (Outside IR35)
2-month contract initially

We're working with a leading UK charity undergoing a major digital transformation and are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with experience of Service Cloud and NPSP (Nonprofit support) to help support and optimise their Salesforce ecosystem.

The Role

You'll act as the go-to System Administrator across Salesforce, working closely with stakeholders to enhance platform performance and support ongoing product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce admin (users, dashboards, reports, objects, flows)
  • Support release cycles, system audits, and backlog prioritisation
  • Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement across the Salesforce platform
  • Manage tickets and user queries via Jira Service Desk
  • Support users with training (Trailhead/Trailmixes)

Experience Required

  • Salesforce Administrator certified (essential)
  • Strong experience with Service Cloud and NPSP (Nonprofit support)
  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud/Social Studio is desirable but not essential
  • Experience with release management & agile environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
