Contingent Workforce Manager - Central Government - £300 to £350/day Inside IR35
A leading central government organisation is seeking an experienced Contingent Workforce Manager to join a high-performing workforce operations team. This role sits at the heart of contingent labour delivery, supplier management and workforce governance, supporting the end-to-end life cycle of temporary workers and contractors across a complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage contingent workforce requirements from approval through onboarding
Support IR35 assessments and workforce compliance activities
Work closely with suppliers, hiring managers and key stakeholders
Manage contract extensions and offboarding activities
Produce workforce reports and management information
Support supplier performance and KPI management
Ideal Candidate:
Experience within MSP, RPO, workforce operations or contingent workforce environments
Strong stakeholder and supplier management experience
Knowledge of IR35 and/or Agency Worker Regulations
Experience using VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline or similar
Comfortable operating within fast-paced, evolving environments
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Desirable Experience:
Public Sector, Local Government or Central Government experience
Procurement, category management or outsourced workforce solutions background
Experience conducting IR35 assessments
BPSS/SC clearable
