Data Scientist

Data Scientist - £600 per day (umbrella rate)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote (UK)
Onsite: London (once a month/as required by the client)

Must be a UK national with at least 5 years of unbroken UK residency

Role:

Atrium (EMEA) are supporting a large managed service provider, looking for a talented Data Scientist to turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decision-making. You'll play a key role in analysing data, building models, and working closely with stakeholders to influence planning and performance.

What You'll Do:

Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Build models and visualisations to support data-driven decision-making
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement through experimentation and insight-led challenge

Key Technical Skills:

Strong experience with Python (including Pandas) and SQL
Expertise in data wrangling, cleaning, preparation, and visualisation
Experience using Business Intelligence tools
Familiarity with Java for data applications and pipelines
Understanding of working in secure or restricted environments
Proven experience in hypothesis testing and statistical analysis
