What You'll Do

• Configure and administer Azure DevOps to support agile delivery, sprint execution, and secure software deployment across multiple teams.
• Design, maintain, and improve YAML-based build and release pipelines for dev, test, production, and on-premises/Azure environments.
• Develop and deploy secure BICEP infrastructure as code for Azure resources, configurations, and environment standardisation.
• Collaborate with development, data, security, and architecture teams to deliver robust Azure solutions and drive ongoing service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Azure Security Centre and Azure Policy requirements, while supporting governance, risk, and control standards.
• Manage Azure costs and budgets effectively, and advise on technical solutions, Azure networking principles, and process optimisation.
• Provide hands-on support for Kubernetes clusters, monitoring and alerting, incident and performance analysis, process automation, knowledge sharing, and wider operational duties as required.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years' experience in DevOps, with hands-on use of Azure DevOps, Azure and Kubernetes.
• Practical knowledge of Agile delivery methods, gained within collaborative development environments.
• Experience partnering with business users and non-technical stakeholders to support delivery outcomes.
• Experience of integrating solutions with external and third-party systems.
• Working understanding of IT security principles and controls.
• A degree, or equivalent qualification, in IT, Computing or a related subject is essential.
• Azure certification is desirable.
