As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a key role in crafting and delivering this change. You will define priorities, lead delivery, and improve digital experiences that make it easier for customers to access and use our products. In this role, you will:You bring proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a strong focus on delivering digital change that improves customer outcomes. You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, balancing priorities while maintaining quality and focus.
You build strong working relationships and can translate complex business needs into clear, actionable plans. You enjoy working in Agile teams and continuously look for ways to improve how work is delivered. A good understanding of governance and regulatory requirements helps you identify opportunities while ensuring compliance.

Bank of Ireland Insurance Services (BIIS) supports customers by providing a broad range of general insurance products through digital channels. The team works collaboratively across product, technology and business areas to deliver simple, effective and customer focused solutions.
This is a hybrid role, based primarily in Dublin. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
