Job Description:
We are currently hiring Enrollment Verification Representatives to join our in-office team in Gilbert, AZ. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in customer service, financial services, or call center operations.

As a Verification Representative, you will play a key role in the application review and enrollment process, ensuring new applicants meet program qualifications. This is a full-time, hourly position with consistent weekday scheduling and opportunities for advancement into higher-level roles.

Position: Enrollment Verification Representative
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Gilbert, AZ 85297 (In-Office Position)
Starting Pay: $18 per hour with raises based on performance

Qualifications & Skills:

• Positive attitude with strong work ethic
• Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems (data entry / CRM experience a plus)
• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Previous experience in sales, call center, customer support, or financial services preferred
