Location: Dublin (4 days on-site)
Contract Duration: 9-12 months
Rate: €600-€650 per day

A globally recognised pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to deliver a large-scale ERP transformation to modernise its core business systems and support continued international growth.

With the project already underway and backed by significant investment, you will be joining a high-performing, collaborative delivery team in a well-structured environment, where strong governance and execution are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ERP project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are maintained
• Provide strong governance and implement effective project frameworks
• Manage and engage senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Oversee the ongoing implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Support and guide a high-performing, collaborative project team
• Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager on large-scale implementations
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Project management experience of 7+ years
• Solid background in project governance and delivery frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in complex, enterprise, or regulated environments (pharma preferred)
