In this role, you will be the engine behind our client transactions, ensuring that every request-from account changes to complex monetary transfers-is handled with precision, speed, and integrity.
salary: $19.5 - $20 per hourResponsibilities
Transaction Excellence: Review and process client requests (checks, withdrawals, account maintenance) for accuracy and adherence to SEC guidelines and internal policies.
Problem Solving: Research complex processing issues and partner with internal associates to ensure timely resolution.
Client Communication: Conduct outbound calls and draft professional correspondence to clarify invalid or incomplete paperwork.
Continuous Learning: Develop deep expertise in proprietary processing systems and evolving financial regulations.

Navigate Complexity: Independently research and process intricate requests across mutual fund and brokerage platforms using various internal systems and resources.

Program Logistics & Training
We provide a comprehensive, paid training program to set you up for success.
Location: Arizona (Scottsdale area)
Training Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM for 9-10 weeks.
Training Model: Hybrid (Monday/Friday Remote; Tuesday-Thursday On-site).

Once you have successfully completed your training, you will transition into your permanent role with the following structure:
