Industrial Painter - $20/hr, No Experience Required

Position: Industrial Painter (Paint Technician)
Location: Minden, NE
Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Prepare small and large assemblies for painting
• Apply primers, paints, and industrial coatings to finished products
• Operate and maintain paint booths, spray equipment, and related tools
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following PPE and safety requirements
• Work with your team to meet production schedules and quality expectations
• Perform material handling duties, including lifting up to 80 pounds and operating industrial equipment as needed

What We're Looking For

• Prior industrial painting experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance
