Hardware Deployment Engineer - DBS Check Required
Location: Leicester, various sites
Duration: 15 days
Rate: £165 per day

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Asset Deployment Operative to support a hands-on logistics and asset management function. This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment is accurately prepared, tracked, and distributed within a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for moving equipment through various stages of the process, from storage to staging, preparing items for deployment, and ensuring all assets are correctly labelled and recorded. The position involves a combination of physical handling and basic administrative tasks, making it ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable with both manual and digital work.

Experience Required:

• Good all round IT experience, ideally within an IT Hardware Deployment setting.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including moving equipment and boxes safely
• Strong attention to detail when handling and labelling assets
• Basic computer literacy, including the ability to input data into spreadsheets accurately
• Good organisational skills and ability to follow processes
• A proactive and reliable work ethic
• Familiarity with asset tagging
• Experience using spreadsheets for data entry or stock control
• Understanding of health and safety practices in a logistics or operational setting
• Driving Licence & Car required to get around customer sites.
