Java Backend Engineer

We're looking for a skilled Java Backend Engineer with strong experience in Spring and microservices to join our growing team. It is a UK based, fully remote, outside IR35, initial 6-month contract.What you'll do:

• Build and maintain scalable microservices.
• Develop REST APIs using Java & Spring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code.

What we're looking for:

• Strong Java (8+) and Spring experience.
• Solid background in microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL).
• Knowledge of Azure.
