A Junior IT Support Analyst to join a busy Manchester-based IT Operations team. Perfect for someone with 12-18 months of experience who's keen to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Provide deskside and service-desk support
• Set up laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
• Handle new starter onboarding
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic AD tasks
• Assist with small IT projects and documentation

Experience:

• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Basic IT support experience (1st line)
• CompTIA A+/ITIL/Microsoft fundamentals (nice to have)
