As we continue to grow, we're looking for an SEO Specialist to help shape how our clients are discovered online.

The Role

As Lead WordPress Developer, you'll lead the development of scalable, high-performance websites and platforms. You'll work closely with designers and strategists while mentoring developers and ensuring best practices across all builds.

  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
  • Develop custom themes and plugins
  • Collaborate closely with UX and UI designers, leveraging Figma design tokens to build consistent, reusable front-end UI design systems
  • Contribute to technical strategy and continuous improvement
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring within a team
  • Experience implementing design systems and working with design tokens
  • Strong understanding of front-end architecture and component-based development
  • Solid understanding of performance optimisation and technical SEO
  • Experience with React and modern front-end frameworks
  • Familiarity with version control and deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • A high standard of accessibility considerations and frontend performance should be evident in previous projects
