Overview

We're seeking a highly experienced Product Management Coach to help drive the adoption of modern product management practices across a large enterprise environment.

This is a senior advisory and coaching role focused on improving product management maturity, embedding product-led ways of working, and supporting the evolution of a product operating model. You will work closely with senior product leaders, Heads of Business Agility, Product Managers and Product Owners to enhance product capability, customer-centricity and value-based decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach Product Managers, Product Owners and product leadership teams on modern product management practices.
  • Drive improvements in product discovery, strategy, prioritisation and outcome measurement.
  • Support the adoption and evolution of product operating models and product-led ways of working.
  • Assess product maturity and recommend practical improvements across teams and functions.
  • Help organisations become more customer-centric and outcome-focused.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to improve governance, accountability and product decision making.
  • Influence leadership teams and challenge existing practices where appropriate.
  • Support alignment between Product, Technology and Delivery functions.

Essential Experience

  • Significant Product Management or Product Leadership experience.
  • Experience coaching and developing Product Managers, Product Owners and senior product communities.
  • Experience improving Product Management maturity and capability.
  • Product operating model transformation experience.
  • Strong product strategy, discovery and customer-centric product development expertise.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Product and Delivery operating models.
  • Experience working within large, complex and regulated organisations.
