Production Support Specialist (Fintech, Operations)

Production Support (Fintech, operations), 6-month contract, £350p/d (outside IR35), immediate start

We are seeking an experienced Production Support Specialist (Fintech, operations) to join our client on a major new project for an initial six-month contract. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with market data or trading platforms, and confidence in client-facing situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational and production support for Real Time trading and market-data systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve live issues with minimal disruption
• Support and maintain market data feed handlers
• Manage incidents, escalations, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with engineering and client-facing teams

Essential Criteria

• Experience in Operations and Production Support.
• Strong Linux/Unix troubleshooting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication skills, including client-facing experience
