Resourcing Operations Lead - Microsoft Dynamics

Contract | Remote | Outside IR35

We're hiring a Resourcing Operations Lead for a growing Microsoft Dynamics consultancy delivering complex Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central projects, alongside a busy Managed Services function.

This is a hands-on operational role for someone who can bring control, pace and quality to resource planning across project delivery, hypercare and BAU support.

You'll be the person keeping resourcing moving: managing the schedule board, resolving allocation issues, improving booking accuracy and helping balance project demand against Managed Services priorities.

What you'll be doing

You'll take day-to-day ownership of resourcing activity across Dynamics delivery and Managed Services, including:

• Managing the schedule board and keeping bookings accurate
• Resolving allocation gaps, overbooking and profile mismatches
• Coordinating extended hypercare and Managed Services demand
• Supporting small change and release activity
• Working with PMs, Practice Leads, Managed Services and Sales
• Flagging capacity risks early with clear options
• Improving resourcing standards, data quality and operational discipline
• Acting as the first point of control before escalation into PMO or leadership

What we're looking for

You'll be a strong fit if you have experience in:

• Delivery operations, resourcing, PMO or resource coordination
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 delivery environments
• Dynamics CE and/or Business Central projects
• Managed Services, hypercare or BAU support
• Schedule boards, bookings and resource planning
• Working at pace across multiple competing priorities

Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations would be a strong advantage.
