The role of Sales Agent is fundamental to our organization's success, involving identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with potential customers to drive sales growth. As a Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Customer Support: Provide post sales support and assistance to ensure satisfaction and retention.
