Location: New Malden
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 OTE £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: 5 day week, Working every other Saturday 8.45am 6.00pm
At Least 6 Months experience

Our client based in New Malden is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their 5-star team.

They are a dynamic independent family run business who deal in Sales, Lettings and Property Management in and around New Malden. They are rapidly growing and are looking for an ambitious Negotiator to join their team.

Applicants will have excellent negotiation skills, be articulate, well presented, and keen to further their career with a leading company.

Main Duties:

• Work as part of a team in a competitive environment.
• Qualifying & responding to all leads.
• Arrange & attend viewings.
• Handle negotiations and offers
• Providing vendors with regular feedback
• Generate new business opportunities and win instructions.
• Achieve monthly targets.
• Handle queries and consistently update database relating to the whole property process.

In addition to a passion for property and people, the successful applicant must have a:

• Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision.
• Confident telephone manner and computer literate.
• Ability to negotiate, problem solve, handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
