Senior AI & ML Engineer - Greenfield Opportunity

Pay: up to €700 per day. Long term contract, minimum 2 year project.

About the role

A global leading specialty insurance and reinsurance company is setting up an entirely new team specifically to explore next generation AI native insurance operating models.

This is a unique, emerging role sitting at the intersection of insurance operations and agentic AI, perfect for someone who wants to own meaningful parts of the data platform end to end.

You will use first class technology to accelerate data engineering work, and you'll be the quality bar on everything that is developed.

• Own key LLM and architecture decisions across modern AI platforms and tools

You will

• Build and manage black to AI agents, where each agent is responsible for specific tasks within a coordinated workflow
• Implement the underlying business logic and actively contribute to programming of agent based systems
• Design LLM driven components using fine tuning

Skills & experience

• 8+ years in ML Engineering
• 3+ years of experience with LLMs
• Implementing business logic into agents
