We're working with a global organisation that is investing heavily in its data landscape - moving from a traditional Oracle data warehouse to more modern platforms such as Databricks.

You'll join a high-calibre, collaborative team where your experience will directly influence how their data platform evolves over the coming years.

This is not just maintenance work - you'll play a key role in shaping and modernising a large-scale data environment supporting critical commercial and operational systems.

What you'll be doing
  • Working across a large Oracle data warehouse environment
  • Contributing to the migration of data platforms toward Databricks
  • Collaborating in Agile teams (2-week sprints) with structured planning cycles
  • Influencing technical design decisions and driving best practices
  • Working closely with stakeholders to deliver business-critical data solutions
What you'll bring
  • 10+ years' experience as an Oracle Developer
  • Strong, hands on experience with Oracle DB
  • Solid experience with PL/SQL development
  • Experience working with data warehousing / ETL / data platforms
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a team
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
  • Exposure to Databricks or modern data platforms
  • Interest or experience in AI / emerging technologies
