Exciting opportunity to join a well-established public-sector organisation as a Senior

Applications Support Officer within their IT Operations Team.

Role Highlights as a Senior Application Support Officer:

• Lead and manage an Application Support team (up to 10 staff)
• Oversee the day-to-day running of IT applications, including helpdesk, incidents, and requests
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers
• Drive service improvement, data quality, and GDPR-compliant processes Analyse performance data and recommend improvements

Key Requirements as a Senior Application Support Officer:

• Support the Housing Application Support team
• Strong experience with NEC Housing
• Knowledge of Allocations or Repairs is a plus
• Good SQL skills
• Mostly remote, with occasional office visits if needed
