As we continue to grow, we're looking for an SEO Specialist to help shape how our clients are discovered online.

The Role

As an SEO Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving organic growth across a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll combine technical expertise, content insight, and data led thinking to improve visibility, rankings, and performance. This is a hands on role for someone who thrives on problem solving, stays ahead of search trends, and enjoys working collaboratively with strategists, designers, and developers.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping
  • Optimise on page elements, including content, metadata, and internal linking structures
  • Collaborate with content and UX teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded from the start
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, and third party platforms
  • Stay up to date with algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging search technologies
  • Identify opportunities for growth across content, technical, and off page SEO
What You'll Bring
  • 2-4 years' experience in an SEO focused role (agency experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, indexing, and performance optimisation
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz)
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain SEO concepts clearly
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning
