An urgent 6 month contract opportunity has arisen for a ServiceNow Developer with a market leading organisation. Experience of HRSD is a MUST HAVE.

• Design and configure ServiceNow applications across HRSD and ITSM modules.
• Develop and maintain ATF test cases and ATF test scripts to automate regression, functional and workflow testing.
• Configure and enhance HRSD features such as HR Case Management, HR Services, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Knowledge and HR workflows.
• Configure and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, SLA and Asset-related workflows.
• Support ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, MID Server configuration, CMDB and operational dashboards.

Successful candidates will be required to attend the London office 2 days per week, fully remote is not an option for this role.
