• 3+ years of experience as a sheet metal worker or similar role in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal installation and fabrication techniques
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal codes and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must have a valid driver's license
