Job Title: Solution Architect (ServiceNow + Microsoft Stack)
Location: UK (Remote/Travel as required)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an automated agent to poll ServiceNow for open BD Support tickets and track time-to-deadline
- Implement conditional logic to trigger Microsoft Teams notifications at configurable intervals
- Build a Teams-based interaction flow enabling ticket closure without accessing ServiceNow
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow APIs and Microsoft Teams messaging platform
- Create supporting documentation and runbooks for ongoing maintenance and enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of the solution
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APIs (reading ticket data, statuses, ownership fields)
- Strong experience building Microsoft Teams integrations (Bot Framework, Adaptive Cards, Power Automate)
- Solid background in Microsoft Azure/Power Platform (Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions)
- Proven experience in designing automation or agent-based solutions
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and architecture decisions to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience conducting knowledge transfer sessions and creating technical documentation
- Comfortable working in an Outside IR35 contract environment

- Based in London with flexibility to travel to client site as needed
