Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Contract Sourcer/ Recruiter to join their team based in our North Carolina Division, (Asheville, North Carolina)
Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region. Must reside in the Asheville, North Carolina area.
Responsibilities:The Contract Sourcer/ Recruiter is responsible for sourcing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Sourcer/ Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Sourcing/ Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Sourcer/ Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings.
HealthTrust Offers:2+ years proven track record of success in high-volume, sales/production sourcing/ recruiting environment in hospital healthcare - sourcing/ recruiting experienced RNs, new graduates and imaging positions for hospitals
Experience with ATS/ CMS systems
Experience recruiting experienced RNs, new graduates and imaging positions for hospitals - understanding of healthcare terminology
Critical thinking capabilities
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities - organization skills
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel - technologically savvy
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
