Workday HCM Functional Lead - London/Remote/Working from Home

My client, a market leader in their field require a Certified Workday Functional Lead to l ead and contribute to the Workday projects, taking full responsibility for all functional areas, from design through to deployment.

Your Cv must evidence recent experience with the following:

• Current Workday HCM Certification (Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking etc)
• Leading a functional workstream
• Full responsibility for all functional areas, from design through to deployment
• Soliciting and challenging client requirements with professional scepticism
• Presenting and facilitating workshops
• Analysing data, and configuring solutions in Workday, leading CCS, defect resolution, and Cutover activities.
• Managing onshore and offshore resources

This is initially a 6 month contract with scope to extend up to 12 months and beyond.

This contract is Inside IR35.
