Zscaler Architect/Lead (Contract - Outside IR35)

This role is centred on architecture and delivery of Secure Service Edge (SSE) solutions, requiring a strong blend of technical depth, stakeholder management, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of SSE solutions, with a primary focus on Zscaler
• Define and implement secure access strategies across cloud and hybrid environments
• Act as the senior stakeholder interface, managing expectations and overcoming objections
• Work closely with MSP delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
• Provide architectural oversight across SSE platforms (Zscaler, Netskope, etc.)
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security frameworks, GRC, and risk posture

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in architecture and delivery of SSE platforms (Zscaler essential, Netskope beneficial)
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) is essential, including design, deployment, and optimisation in enterprise environments
• Proven track record leading complex security transformations in enterprise environments
• Solid understanding of Zero Trust architectures and modern network security models
• Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains, including GRC
• Able to translate technical solutions into business value
• Experience working within/alongside MSPs
