Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter

Location: Houston, TX

Pay: $23-$25

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Design and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies.
Coordinate pre-employment processes such as background checks, drug screening, and offer letters.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and achieve hiring targets.
Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
Review resumes, conduct screening interviews, and guide candidates through the selection process.
Organize onboarding initiatives to support a smooth transition for new hires.
Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. Must have experience in recruiting for skilled labor positions.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools, ideally ADP experience.
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
