Responsibilities:

Work in a hybrid mode with a government customer and engineering team for Networked Systems Administration, Operations and Maintenance, and engineering support.
Resolve moderately complex network problems.
Establish and meet established work-product deliverable deadlines.
Respond to network support requests.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Communicate effectively with teammates and customers of varying levels of technical expertise.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5-7 years of experience in Networked Systems Administration, Operations and Maintenance, and Engineering support.
Certifications in COMPTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), etc.
Configured and managed products from major networking equipment and firewall vendors
Expertise in the maintenance of networking Layer 2 and Layer 3 devices and policies
Experience configuring and maintaining Cisco network hardware, including switches and firewalls.

Salary:

$70 Per Hour
