Job Title: Pricing Analyst (MAP - SIP)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Center City)

Industry: Consulting / Life Sciences / Business Strategy

Pay: $35 – $45 per hour (dependent on experience)

About Our Client:

Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Pricing Analyst to support a client project in Center City, Philadelphia. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with a global consulting firm, supporting strategic pricing and market access initiatives for healthcare and life sciences clients. Candidates should be skilled in data analysis, research, and client communications.

Job Description:

The Pricing Analyst will join a Strategy & Insights team focused on solving complex business problems using data and strategic thinking. This individual will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from data analysis and research to client presentations and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

Use structured frameworks to develop strategic insights and actionable business recommendations
Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research including surveys, interviews, and market analysis
Execute pricing and market access analysis using Excel, Access, and internal tools
Present findings and insights through well-designed presentations and clear communication
Support project management, including status reporting, client updates, and issue tracking
Participate in solution ideation and implementation planning with internal and client stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across analytics, operations, and technical domains
Cultivate strong, professional relationships with client teams through proactive support and responsiveness
Contribute to the development of internal best practices, tools, and methodologies
Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior team members as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or analytical discipline (e.g., Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Social Sciences)
1–3 years of experience in pricing, consulting, market access, business analysis, or strategy
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization or analytical tools a plus
Professional demeanor and client service mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Additional Details:

6-month contract position with potential for extension
Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week onsite in Center City, Philadelphia
Office easily accessible via SEPTA and regional rail
Start date: ASAP
