IT Security Officer - Based in Madrid

At Huxley we are e are looking for an IT Securtiy Officer to collaborate with oen of our top client's global IT team, which is based in Madrid.

The Security Officer would collaborate and execute the strategy of the global cybersecurity center services with different external and internal stakeholders.

Profile:

- 5+ years of experience in IT Security, using security frameworks and Methodologies such as MITRE ATT&CK, MaGMa, TaHiTI or NIST

- Experience having a role within a SOC environment, focusing on cyber security incident detection, response, and resolution

- Technical security knowledge of IT services, technology, and IT solutions, with specific experience in one or more areas: Cloud Security, Network Security, System/Infrastructure Security, or Industrial Control Technology (ICT/OT) Security

- Understanding of security operations, engineering, and toolsets used for detection and response, including threat intelligence, SIEM, SOAR, and other technologies/platforms, with a focus on process automation

- Strong reporting and communication skill, ability to write from raw data for IT and Non-IT stakeholders

- Expertise across a number of the following areas/tools: Google scripting, ServiceNow, JIRA, Splunk, QRadar, Kali Linux, NMAP, Burp, Reverse engineering, Digital Forensics.

- Experience leading major security incidents in complex organizations is a plus

- Certifications: (CISSP, OSCP, Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), GIAC, CREST, CISA) are a plus

Tasks:

- Collaborate in the strategy and lead the execution to deliver world-class Cybersecurity Center services at scale. Leveraging, but not limited to, the following indicative detection and response services:

SIEM / Managed Detection and Response
Threat Hunting
Incident Response / Crisis Management
Cyber Threat Intelligence
Endpoint protection / Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
Red Teaming

Conditions:

- Rate according to experience

- Contract: Services Contract with Huxley

- Start Date: ASAP

- Client located in Madrid
