Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Recruiter to support high-volume hiring, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This is an urgent, high-visibility role perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and is excited to grow in their HR career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-volume recruiting efforts for warehouse and light industrial roles.
- Partner with staffing agencies and internal teams to schedule interviews and manage start dates.
- Serve as the on-site HR contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues.
- Support employee relations, guiding supervisors through conversations, training, and HR processes.
- Maintain and report on HR data using Workday ATS and Excel.
- Assist with a confidential facility project, supporting communications, terminations, and HR administration.
- Contribute to general HR reporting and system management.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience preferred).
- Knowledge of light industrial/manufacturing environments required.
- High school diploma required.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and basic Excel.
- Long-term interest in developing an HR career.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships.
