Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a Community Sponsorship Coordinator for a 1+ month contract position in Brentwood, TN. This role is onsite.

Day to Day:
This person will be responsible for handling data input, invoice processing, and follow ups. They will be managing and tracking invoices, answering invoice questions, follow ups, and back log requests. They will work closely with the Manager of Community Marketing on day to day tasks.

Other Day to Day tasks this resource will be responsible for are:

Reviewing sponsorship request and making recommendations
Reviewing contracts and agreements and working with legal as needed
Processing invoices and working with vendors on payments
Working with AP on setting up new vendors
Coordinating promo items for events
Researching experiential marketing and sponsorship requests
Communicating with store managers about events and answering store questions on event best practices

Preferred:

2 years of professional experience (not just internships)
Microsoft Experience (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams)
Someone who has strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a creative mind!
Experience with tracking expenses/ managing a budget / processing invoices
Experience in Excel
Marketing experience – campaign marketing, field or community marketing experience, marketing for small businesses, assisting with grand openings, etc.

Pay Rate $26.76 - $27.71/hour
