Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager for a + month contract position in Brentwood, TN. This role is hybrid with Fridays remote.
Day to Day:
- Execute against strategy, lead internal socialization, and cross-functional execution of marketing programs for key brands, categories and services, determining appropriate integrated marketing support plan inclusive of CRM, digital, social, in-store environment, internal communication and budget.
- Works with Senior Manager on integrated go-to-market campaign briefs, channel inputs, channel & creative kick-offs and working sessions, creative development.
- Ensures flawless execution of tactical elements of marketing programs, including setting up promotional elements, working collaboratively with various Marketing teams, ensuring communication to store team, communication with vendors, keeping leaders informed, etc.
- Ensures program aligns with and supports business priorities; report on results and learnings.
- Owns creative review process and provides feedback while ensuring cross-divisional stakeholders are brought in when relevant.
- Creates seasonal marketing recaps/reporting
- Champions campaign process and workflow, proactively manages deliverables within each phase of work and communicates effectively for stakeholder adherence.
- May perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience with multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Knowledge & Experience: Experience building plans utilizing several marketing channels, including email, digital, social & influencers, store environment, website, printed circulars, public relations, creative development and production for a variety of media, etc.; has worked in a retail marketing environment before

Pay Rate- $43.48- $45.04 /hour
