Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $35-$40/hr

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

6-8 week contract assignment

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly professional Administrative Assistant to provide white-glove support in a fast-paced professional services environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to senior administrative assistants servicing clients
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements using Gensia (preferred)
Prepare and process expense reports in Concur (preferred)
Handle complex calendaring and scheduling needs for fast-paced teams
Assist with correspondence, meeting preparation, and high-touch client support
Step in as front-facing liaison with clients and executives when needed

Qualifications:

3–5 years of administrative support experience in a professional services environment
Demonstrated experience in:
- Domestic and international travel coordination
- Expense reporting (Concur strongly preferred)
- Calendar management in a fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen and polished communication skills
Ability to deliver white-glove service while juggling multiple priorities
Professional, proactive, and highly organized
