Client Overview:

Our client, with a great company culture, is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis to cover a leave of absence.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Office Assistant will manage the front desk day to day, as well as oversee office operations. The schedule is Tues-Thurs 8:30 am - 5 pm, and is expected to last about 4 months.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Office Assistant:

The Part-time Office Assistant will answer incoming calls, transfer messages, and assist with office operations.
Greet visitors, handle badge setup, and assist with scheduling meetings and events.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it reaches the appropriate team member.
Track kitchen supply inventory and stock refreshments.
Handle administrative projects with the team as needed.

Required Experience/Skills of the Part-Time Office Assistant:

At least 1 year of office experience, specifically in a front desk role, is required.
Ability to speak with customers via phone and email with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Must be organized, friendly, and eager to learn.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Office Assistant:

Previous experience working as an Office Assistant.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
