Title: Content Marketing Project Manager (Enterprise Financial Services) Location: NY (4 days on-site) Duration: 6+ month contract Rate: $70-76/hr. W2 Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holder, or authorized to work in the U.S. POSITION DESCRIPTION & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee content planning, project, and traffic management for the US GWM (Global Wealth Management) Marketing team Planning and communication between channel marketers, creative teams, and vendors Lead prioritization and execution of Advisor Forum content (email, podcasts, digital campaigns, etc.) Partner with the Head of US GWM Marketing and broader team on agency engagement, managing timelines and deliverables Oversee paid media plan execution, including creative and deliverables Collaborate with the analytics and insights team on content performance and results Ensure all content aligns with marketing objectives and KPIs Knowledge of the U.S. Wealth Management landscape is a plus, with an understanding of the needs of financial advisors and retail clients POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, economics, or a related field 5-10 years marketing/content planning and project management experience in asset management/financial services industry, or with a creative agency PROFESSIONAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage a large number of ongoing initiatives. Demonstrated ability to deliver on assigned responsibilities through the use of effective interpersonal and communication skills, seeking cross-functional input; to-specification delivery of all projects with a strong ownership mindset. Passion for investment themes, ideas, and clear, simple expression. Collaborative work approach and ability to work well across a dynamic global team.
