Location: Hybrid – Onsite 3x/week in Cupertino, California.

Contract: 12 months (with potential extension)

Salt is excited to present this contract opportunity to join a leading global tech company as a Marketing Project Manager within their Marketing team.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of brand operations, ensuring projects move seamlessly from approval to delivery. You’ll manage roadmaps, facilitate creative reviews, and keep stakeholders aligned across Brand, Creative, Production, and Functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the brand team’s annual roadmap, tracking and driving milestones from strategy through production.
Collaborate with Resource Managers to allocate and manage creative resources.
Set up and run weekly huddles, reviews, and status meetings-capturing notes, tracking action items, and ensuring alignment.
Partner with Brand Managers to prioritize initiatives, resolve conflicts, and maintain focus across daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
Work with Creative Directors and cross-functional partners to define concepting processes and facilitate reviews.
Oversee documentation and archiving of project materials, from briefs and creative concepts to final deliverables.
Manage confidential logistics, including team servers, disclosure lists, and secure workspaces.
Act as a liaison with Production and Functional teams during creative phases, sharing updates and ensuring smooth execution.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in project management, ideally within marketing or creative environments.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with macOS & iOS.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
