Job Title: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst
Location: Merrimack area, NH or Westlake area, TX (Hybrid: 5 days onsite every other week)
Hourly Pay Rate: $60/hr (W2 only)
Contract Duration: 6 months (40 hours per week, standard business hours)
Introduction
We are seeking multiple Identity & Access Management Analysts to support enterprise-level security initiatives within a leading technology-driven organization. This role is ideal for proactive professionals with 2–5 years of IAM/PAM experience who are passionate about strengthening authentication, authorization, and privileged access controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Strong working knowledge of IAM/PAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Azure AD)
- Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) in an enterprise environment
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- AWS (EKS) and/or Azure (AKS) experience (AWS preferred)
- Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Python)
- Snowflake and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles and least privilege models
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM/PAM certifications
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the Workforce Access Management (WAM) project and assist with ongoing IAM/PAM governance
- Evaluate and monitor IAM and PAM controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Investigate access control violations and recommend corrective actions
- Support periodic access reviews, certification campaigns, and privileged account audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, cybersecurity, and audit
- Use tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD, and others to analyze access patterns and detect anomalies
- Assist in refining IAM/PAM policies, standards, and procedures
- Provide documentation and reporting for leadership and compliance reviews
- Apply data analytics to assess authentication and authorization across enterprise infrastructure
