Job Title: Fullstack Software Engineer (Golang)

Pay Rate: ~$76/hr W2 ONLY
Duration: 4 months (potential extension possible)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (8 AM – 5 PM)
Work Location: Hybrid – onsite every other week (locations: North FT. Worth Texas, and Manchester New Hampshire areas.)
Visa/Third-Party: W2 only – no C2C or sponsorship

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Software Engineer (Golang) to support a large-scale data migration to the public cloud. This role involves building high-performance applications in Go, deployed to AWS, and working on real-time market data systems that power internal and customer-facing applications. The engineer will be part of an agile, cross-functional team that designs, develops, and supports innovative solutions for large-scale data processing in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications in Golang, optimized for high performance and scalability.
Support migration of data and services to the public cloud (AWS).
Build and maintain real-time data ingestion and distribution systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile settings to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices.

Must Have Requirements

7+ years of enterprise software development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with Golang (primary language).
Experience with AWS services including ECS/EKS, Lambda, Batch, and S3.
Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and working with Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of cloud deployment practices and distributed systems.

Nice to Have

Experience with Java (v11), Snowflake, Python, Groovy, or Shell scripting.
Background in financial services or real-time market data platforms.
Familiarity with automated testing (unit, functional, performance).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery practices.
