Client Overview:

Our client is a risk management and insurance firm that prides themselves on being a leader in their industry, providing exceptional service and comprehensive coverage options to their clients. They are committed to fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment where their employees can thrive and grow professionally. Currently, they are looking to add a Licensed Account Manager (Property and Casualty) to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$35/hr

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Account Manager with a focus on Property and Casualty insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing expert advice, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Account Manager (Property and Casualty):

Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Provide expert advice on property and casualty insurance products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Process insurance applications, renewals, and changes.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.

Required Experience/Skills for the Licensed Account Manager (Property and Casualty):

MUST have a valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in using insurance software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
