Job Description: This position is an administrative role providing frontline customer service to our clientele. The right individual will be friendly, efficient, multi-task oriented, and detail-driven. This role requires skill in planning, organizing, and coordinating the completion of independent medical reviews, as well as the coordination of day-to-day office activities. The Case Coordinator is responsible for receiving incoming cases and determining all details for the requested work product. This is a highly team-oriented position that requires a high level of critical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and be deadline-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks efficiently and with a high degree of detail
Plan, organize, and coordinate independent medical reviews
Receive and manage incoming cases, ensuring all details are accurately captured
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Tech-savvy, capable of managing multiple windows simultaneously
Ability to manage a busy workflow efficiently
High school diploma or GED

Work Environment: Professional office setting
Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
