Job Description
Seeking customer-focused, medical professionals for an onsite Medical Call Center Representative role. Representatives will support patients with appointment scheduling, provide clinic information including mileage, and answer general inquiries, while documenting patient interactions in the tracking system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests.
- Verifies demographics, appointment details, and mileage inquiries.
- Researches and escalates concerns as needed, promoting use of electronic communication tools.
- Accurately documents calls and efficiently uses systems and portals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a contact center or high call volume environment; healthcare experience required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage call quality and volume.
Additional Details
- Contract Term: 6 months on contract with the opportunity for extensions
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday 11am-8pm, (M-F 8am-5pm for first 2-3 weeks of training)
