Job Title: Proposal Coordinator

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Pay Range: $18/HR-$19/HR

Schedule: Hybrid, Monday - Friday

We are hiring for a Proposal Coordinator! Read the qualifications below and apply today!

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with proposal preparation and formatting
Tracking deadlines and submission requirements
Managing and updating proposal templates and documents
Coordinating with internal teams to gather required information
General administrative support as needed

Requirements:

Proficient in Excel – an Excel test will be given
Strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
